This sounds like an early "Loverboy" Demo--before they fired their keyboard player with the tone issues--that could have easily ended up on "The Karate Kid" soundtrack after they brought David Foster in to clean things up.
As Rob Lowe demands (during his sax solo) in "St. Elmo's Fire"..."LET'S ROCK!"
